We are looking for a bright and energetic
Assistant Projects & Management Support
Your daily tasks:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical)
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other administrative tasks
- Assist Managers with planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Utilize various digital tools and platforms for communication, collaboration, and project management
- Maintain excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
What your bring:
- A degree or certification in business administration or a related field.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic
- Previous experience in an administrative or project support role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills (proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
- Fluent in English and German for business, both written and verbal
- A passion for learning and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Digital Agility, you adapt quickly to new software and processes.
- A young, energetic mindset.
